Sreekanth brings a rare cross-disciplinary mind to Thira — rooted in marketing strategy, technology, and brand building. He holds a Master's in Marketing Management from IUBH University of Applied Sciences, Germany, where he researched sustainable brand communication and consumer behaviour in emerging categories.

With deep experience in the D2C and FMCG space — including building the marketing architecture for Nuvedo, a functional mushroom brand — he understands how brands grow from the inside out. He's a firm believer in data-led creative decisions and brings a "smart-thinking" approach to every production. Currently building Thira Films and GRIND Blr.

Reagan's journey in visual storytelling began over six years ago and has taken him from small startups to established consumer brands, with a body of work spanning product photography, e-commerce, advertising, and editorial.

Currently the in-house photographer at Wakefit — one of India's leading D2C furniture brands — and previously a still photographer on the Malayalam film "Bullet Diaries," Reagan brings a uniquely cinematic sensibility to commercial work. He understands the unique requirements of every medium and delivers imagery that stops the scroll.

Sajin's path into filmmaking is one of pure creative obsession — beginning as a graphic designer, self-teaching After Effects, and eventually earning mentorship under Noufal Abdullah, a seasoned film editor, where he worked as a spot editor on two feature films.

With 4–5 years of expertise in editing, animation, and cinematic storytelling, Sajin is the technical and creative backbone of Thira's post-production. His work is defined by precision, a deep understanding of rhythm, and a visual instinct honed across stylised trailers, narrative cuts, and commercial films.
